DIVISIONS | PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATION

Public Works Administrators provide various levels of coordination to see that a public project or program is implemented according to plan. They are an essential part of every public works project, managing many aspects of it, facilitating accurate communication, and steering a project or program through the sometimes arduous road of obstacles so the end goal is successfully achieved. Wallace Group’s Public Works Administrators are actively involved with project and programs--from grant applications and compliance programs to operations and management support for a variety of water, wastewater and other public works projects.

We do more than handle the paperwork. Our administrators are experienced at maintaining the lines of communication. We communicate regularly with city staff, councils and commissions, coordinate activities between departments, contractors and outside agencies, and work diligently to keep the public informed with workshops and public meetings. We feel that good communication leads to solid working relationships, which results in successful projects.
