Problems with right-of-way can delay a project, significantly affect the cost through redesign or construction, or in a worst case, can even halt a project. Successfully navigating right-of-way issues plays a key role in whether or not a project is successful.

This includes right-of-way and real property acquisition services, from the pre-acquisition phase, to negotiations, to final project coordination for on-time project delivery. Our efforts are collaborative and comprehensive, and we offer a fair process for all parties involved. We understand the concerns of both the public agency and the private landowner and can guide negotiations for either party to achieve the best results.
Our services are in compliance with requirements of the State Code of Civil Procedure, Government Code and related rules of the Streets and Highways Code, as well as Caltrans procedures and local assistance programs. This level of service conforms to the certification process requirements in State and federally assisted projects. Wallace Group’s right-of-way staff is designated under the professionally recognized International Right-of-Way Association.
