Wallace Group’s Environmental Compliance Team is responsible for preparing and managing public agency regulatory and permitting compliance. Additionally, we assist public agencies in the development of annual and long-term financing goals, strategies and plan of achievement. We have a thorough understanding of state, federal and local regulatory requirements and develop and maintain strong professional relationships with various regulatory agencies such as the State Water Resources Control Board and Regional Water Quality Control Boards. Our professionals maintain relevant registrations, licenses and certifications such as engineers, Source Control Inspectors, Hazardous Materials Specialists and Health Inspectors.
