As the population grows, the need for schools, emergency services centers, and government buildings also grows. The people of Wallace Group use their engineering, planning, design, and construction management experience to assist our Clients in meeting their goals for creating and improving the educational and civic facilities in their communities.
We take pride in our previous work which includes designing new elementary schools, assisting in high school redevelopment, engineering a community college expansion, creating landscape master plans for university complexes, and providing planning for law enforcement facilities and libraries.
Once the decision has been made to renovate or construct new facilities, our job is to address the infrastructure design and costs, user access, and traffic issues. We work closely with our Clients, city and county agencies, and the Division of State Architect. We realize that we not only work for our Clients, but also that our work is essential for emergency services personnel, administrators, school teachers, staff, students, and their parents. We enjoy working to find solutions that are cost effective and sensitive to the needs of the neighborhoods. We are adept at adjusting the parameters of a project to meet both needs and tight budgets and to meet the high design standards required for schools, universities, and civic facilities.
Wallace Group is also able to provide LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professionals that understand the LEED Certification process and can contribute value throughout the design and construction of your project. This allows us to present options for your consideration that may result in long term savings, good public relations, and sustainable design services. |
