Wallace Group takes great pride in giving back to the communities where we live, work and play. To demonstrate that commitment, we offer community support in four specific ways:
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Each employee is encouraged to contribute up to 8 hours of paid time-off in a calendar year to help their community in a function of their choice. Community involvement efforts have included volunteering for charitable groups, schools and serving on a public agency board.
CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS COMMITTEE
In October 2006, the Charitable Contributions Committee was formed to offer monetary support for charitable organizations that are championed by Wallace Group employees. The committee reviews charitable donation requests from individual employees and focuses on causes which seek to be a

CALTRANS ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY PROGRAM
Wallace Group has an active committee comprised of Wallace Group employees who personally volunteer their weekend time and work to maintain our adopted portion of US 101 on a monthly basis. If you are traveling Southbound on US 101, we hope you experience a more enjoyable ride between the Madonna Rd and Los Osos Valley Road on/off-ramps!
