- Life Insurance—Wallace Group Coverage for $15,000 basic life insurance for eligible employees
- Pre-Tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k) Savings Plan—Employees can elect to defer either pre- or post-tax dollars up to the IRS maximum. After the initial waiting period, the company currently matches 25% of the employee’s contribution
- Supplemental Insurance—Employees are able to purchase supplemental insurance through AFLAC including Short Term Disability, Personal Accident, Personal Sickness, Personal Recovery, additional life insurance and cancer insurance
- Long-Term Disability Plan—Paid, long-term disability plan
- Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Child Care Reimbursement Plan—Pre-tax dollars may be used for dependent care, out of pocket medical, dental and vision expenses
