San Luis Obispo, CA – The Prefumo Creek Commons project consists of a 31-acre site that was annexed into the City of San Luis Obispo with 16.6 acres developed as a commercial retail center (Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Olive Garden, AT&T and a Mac Superstore) and 11.9 acres preserved for dedicated open space. The site is located at the northwest corner of Los Osos Valley Road and Froom Ranch Way in San Luis Obispo, California. The property is adjacent to public, residential, commercial and agricultural land uses. Wallace Group prepared the on-site grading and drainage design with an emphasis on low impact development (LID) and compliance with ADA, water, sewer, utilities design & coordination, hydrology & hydraulics reports/CLOMAR, drainage facilities and creek setback enhancements. Off-site improvements included road and frontage improvements, signalization of two intersections, re-striping, and signage.
