As part of a Sewer System Management Plan, enrollees are required to conduct periodic audits appropriate to the size of the system and the number of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs). At a minimum these audits must be conducted every two years and a report kept on file. The intent of these audits is to provide the opportunity to monitor performance, make adjustments, and improve. Wallace Group Public Works Administration staff is knowledgeable in the 2006 General Waste Discharge Requirement (GWDR) provision and the revised 2013 Monitoring and Reporting Program. We provide an objective review and create an SSMP Report that documents an enrollee’s effectiveness in implementing the programs, plans, and procedures required by the GWDR and documented in an enrollee’s SSMP. Past clients include the City of Buellton, City of Arroyo Grande, City of Grover Beach, and the Seaside County Sanitation District.
