Wallace Group is Here to Help March 19th, 2020

With the Central Coast County’s recent shelter in place mandates, Wallace Group is moving quickly to ensure minimal interruption in providing our services. It’s no secret that in just a few short weeks much has changed and every one of us has been affected by the spread of COVID-19.  Wallace Group as a company and family are no different and have taken measures to protect our co-workers and clients. We are staying current on the Center of Disease Control (CDC) recommended responses and implementing them accordingly. We will keep you updated as our situation evolves. Fortunately, we have the plans and ability to meet our obligations to our clients and team members.

Our team continues to service our clients in the professional manner they have come to expect of Wallace Group. In this spirit we are reaching out to our family, friends, clients and community to make sure you know we are available to help.

  1. Our employees are working remotely utilizing our company network and substantial bandwidth capacity that we employ.
  2. We are utilizing remote meeting technology to enhance coordination (such as video or share screen methods).
  3. We continue to stress good hygiene practices providing hand sanitizers and other methods of disinfection and have increased the frequency of vehicle and office cleanings.

Of course, we are going to miss our face-to-face interaction with our clients and community, but we are confident that our relationships are strong enough to guide us through this event. Thank you and please reach out with any questions or concerns.
